Executive Summary

Rotas, meaning Creator in Latin, was founded to address a gap in the WEB3 market relative to the metaverse space. The metaverse has been around since the 1980’s however the space still remains a blank canvas and has presented the perfect opportunity for Rotas to enter and define a space by being the world’s first community built metaverse.

Rotas will be a Creator pass to a community that gets to determine the next steps of the company's future. Rotas allows collectors of NFT’s to purchase an NFT and co-create a project in a brand new metaverse. The Metaverse will be for the people, by the people. Rotas will pave the way for the future of other metaverse projects in a collaborative creator environment.

The initial drop will see a limited number of Creator passes available for purchase. In exchange for buying a Rotas Creator Pass, you will receive the following:

• Private Discord community

• Initial onboarding assessment (survey)

• Early access to products built for life

• Official naming as “Co-Founder” of future products

Rotas is intended to give the average consumer a path toward dictating what they want in the market, which indicates what should be built in the future.

Each purchase of a Creator Pass will entitle the holder to co-found their very own project and build it with other entrepreneurs in their very own metaverse. There will also be 250 VIP passes that will be allocated through the lifespan of the first drop. These VIP Passes will allow the holders exclusive benefits and rewards for future drops.
